At Taos Footwear, we want you to love your shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We strive to make the process as seamless as the comfort of our footwear so you can find your perfect fit with confidence.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
- 3.Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear back in its original Taos shoebox and secure it inside a shipping carton, ensuring the new return label is clearly visible.
- 4.Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
